Your elevator pitch needs to include:
     Who you are,
         What you do, 
             What you offer.

 

 

 

 

STAY FOCUSED!  The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing!

 

 

   

   If you can measure it,
       you can manage it!

 

 

 
 
  You don't know what you don't know.
  Every day learn something new!
 
 
 
 
Before choosing a lender, ask about their approval process. All lenders have a process, understand it, so you can plan on getting approval.
 
 
As an entrepreneur, persistence pays off.  Don"t wait to be motivated.  Never stop learning.  Carve out time for yourself.  Set more than one goal.
 
 
Step 1 in Listening.  Understand the real objective in communicating.  Let your customer or prospect know he has been heard, understood and valued.
 
 
 

Want to close the sale?  Be prepared!
Plan the call and follow the plan!
Take cues from the prospect,
                 but follow the plan!

 
 
A "sales pitch" is not something you throw at a prospect.  It is a two way conversation.  You listen to the Buyer, ask good questions and then offer real solutions.
 
 
 
Objections to your sales presentation are often misunderstood. Objections are really another way that prospects ask questions.  Understand the objection then ask enough questions to work through the objection until the prospect answers their own question.
 
 
  Checking your email all day
  keeps your inbox empty,
  but is a productivity killer!
 
 
Keep your emails to less than two minutes.
  If it takes more than two minutes,
    put it on your To-Do List and do it later.   
 
 
Check your email only at certain times of the day.  And, let everyone know when you check your email, so they will know when to expect to get a response.
